COVID-19 emergency period has been extended to 31 January 2021

On 24 November 2020, the Tasmanian Government announced the extension of the emergency period, from 1 December 2020 to 31 January 2021. This extends the current protections/prohibitions in place which affects residential and commercial tenancies/leases.
