Fraser McCallum

Fraser is originally from New Zealand and has recently relocated to Tasmania to join our Hobart office where he practices in the areas of Property and Commercial Law.

Fraser works closely with a number of our senior practitioners and regularly assists clients in relation to:

• Commercial and residential conveyancing
• Property developments and subdivisions
• Sales and purchases of businesses
• Commercial and residential leasing; and
• Advising on partnerships, joint ventures, shareholders agreements and business succession planning.

Prior to joining Simmons Wolfhagen, Fraser spent three years as an in-house counsel for one of the largest red meat producers in New Zealand. Fraser holds a LL.M in Environmental and Natural Resources Law and Policy from the University of Denver in the United States and a Bachelor of Laws and Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Otago. Fraser also has a current practicing certificate in New Zealand. Fraser prides himself on building great client relationships and providing practical advice.
