Jack is a senior member of our commercial law team operating from both our Hobart and Kingston offices.
Jack has a large client base (both individual and corporate) and has the expertise to advise on a broad range of general commercial, property and estate related matters, including:
- Residential and commercial conveyancing
- Business sales and purchases
- Retail, residential and commercial Leasing
- Banking and finance (including preparation of loan and security documentation and guarantee/reverse mortgage advice)
- General commercial, corporations, property and trust matters (including advising on the establishment of Granny Flat Interests & Special Disability Trusts)
- Estate Planning and Estate & Trust Administration.
Jack prides himself on being approachable and reliable and has developed a strong reputation for providing practical and effective advice in a timely manner.
Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (with honours) and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Tasmania and is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the High Court of Australia.
